Store Policies
Shipping
Orders typically ship within 3 to 4 business days after receiving your order. If we anticipate any delays, we'll reach out right away. Larger orders may require a little extra time as we carefully package everything to minimize waste and keep your candles safe.
We primarily ship via USPS or UPS using the most cost-effective option. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way. Expedited processing and shipping are available at checkout for an additional charge, which moves your order to the front of the line and ships via USPS Priority Mail or UPS 3-Day Select, whichever is fastest.
We package every candle with care (and have even tested our packaging by tossing packed boxes from a second story window, with all candles surviving). Still, accidents with the shipping carriers happen. We are not responsible for damages, delays, or lost packages caused by USPS, UPS, or other carriers.
If your order arrives damaged, please email photos to hello@oceansdeepcandle.com within 24 hours of delivery. In some cases, we may be able to help file a claim with the carrier, but resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Returns
We want you to love your Oceans Deep candles. Unburned candles may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. To start a return or exchange, email us with your order number, reason for return, and preferred contact method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We pack every candle with care, but once your order leaves our studio, we can’t be responsible for damage, loss, or delays caused by USPS, UPS, or other carriers. If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can help you file a claim with the carrier.
Because our candles are hand-poured in small batches, we cannot accept returns on used candles.
